Die Anforderungen sind entsprechend hoch: Nicht nur die Examensnoten, das Auftreten undsoweiter müssen top sein. Von dem Begriff Freizeit und Familie kann sich so ein Kandidat erst mal verabschieden: Für soviel Gehalt ist es mit einer 40-Stunden-Woche und auch mit einer 50-Stunden-Wochenicht getan. Eher läuft es auf Doppelschichten hinaus, ständiger Einsatzbereitschaft – wo auch immer.
Azur: “Das Grundgehalt variiert bei vielen Kanzleien je nach Qualifikationen des Bewerbers oder Arbeitsort. Der zusätzliche Bonus wird auf der Grundlage individueller Leistungen, des Kanzleiergebnisses oder der Seniorität des Berufsträgers gewährt.”

Nicht alle von azur befragten Großkanzleien haben Angaben zu den Gehältern vom 4. bis 6. Berufsjahr gemacht. Der zusätzliche Bonus hängt ab von individuellen Leistungen, dem Kanzleiergebnis oder der Seniorität des Berufsträgers gewährt.
